Knox Wing Chun was founded by joe Molnar in 1991.
Having trained Wing Chun since 1982 Sifu joe Molnar has trained with notable instructors such as William Cheung, Ip Chun, Randy Williams and many more including Carlos Gracie Jnr in the field of grappling.

Expanding into film and stunt work Sifu joe also trained extensively with master Chang Xing ex world Wu Shu champion and fellow team member with Jet Li.

Since 1997 Sifu joe Molnar has also studied and worked in the industry of electronic multimedia developing the first interactive Wing Chun CD ROM.
